Past the living area you'll find the custom kitchen with large island, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, new cabinetry and granite counters. There are two separate dining areas- one with seating for 6 and one with seating for 4. There is also additional seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. A powder room is located off the living area for added convenience.

Just beyond the kitchen is the 3rd guest room. This room features a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with shiplap walls, large vanity and an ornately tiled walk-in shower.

While the interior of the home is nothing short of luxurious, the exterior of the home offers guests a fantastic space for fun in the sun. Guests have access to the completely fenced in, newly constructed pool and jacuzzi area.* This oversized pool deck features multiple seating spaces, a grassy area, outdoor shower and a gas grill.
