5 Beach Villa offers guests an unparalled island vacation with gorgeous ocean views, a private backyard with easy beach access and a spacious multi-level floor plan.

The first level of this townhome features two spacious guest bedrooms, a laundry area and a dedicated work space. Both guest bedrooms feature two queen beds, Smart TVs, private bathrooms and access to the private backyard area through sliding glass doors.

Up a set of spiral stairs you'll find the main area, complete with a wall of windows offering water views. The living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV, table and chair set with seating for 4 and access to the large private balcony. Just passed the living area you'll find the main dining area with seating for 6 and the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family.

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located on the mail level.

Up a 2nd set of spiral stairs you'll find the main bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen TV, ocean views and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

While the interior of the property offers luxury amenities, the exterior offers a unique layout, unlike anything you'll find on the island. In addition to the elevated deck that spans the length of the property, you'll also be treated to semi-private sand-filled backyard with multiple seating areas, a gas grill and plenty of room to play!

Beach Villa, Hilton Head, South Carolina is located in an ocean front complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, directly on the ocean and steps away from an on-site pool, open April through September. The Beach Villa Hilton Head complex is close to the Dunes House Restaurant. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
